THREE PEOPLE, 40 YEARS OF PEANUT EXPERIENCE
Luis Gonzalez, Natalia Dottori and Adam Benado have a combined 40 years working in peanut farming, shelling, roasting and distribution. After many years of hearing European buyers complain about the lack of decent choices and origins for organic peanuts, we set up Farm Trading to source organic peanuts in the most suitable regions of the planet for this activity. We bring the best of the best of organic peanuts to the EU, test them thoroughly after arrival, and customs clear them, so our customers can buy with a high degree of confidence and virtually no risk.
Our PRODUCTS
Raw Organic Peanuts
Size from 50/60 up to 38/42 and even larger. Wholesome runner-variety with sweet taste and excellent crunch characteristics. This is a great starting material for either peanut butter manufacturing or coated peanuts.
Blanched Organic Peanuts
This product comprises peanuts whose skin has been removed. They are normally used as starting material for roasted, salted snacks.
Roasted Peanut Ingredients
Farm Trading also offers roasted peanut ingredients, from peanut butter to roasted splits to granulated peanuts and partially defatted high-protein peanut flour. While some of roasted products pay punitive import tariffs into the European Union, other ingredients pay little or no import duty. About Us
Crude and Refined Peanut Oil
Farm Trading imports Peanut Oil into the EU, both in the form of Crude Peanut Oil as well as Roasted Peanut Extract. Crude Peanut Oil is made by pressing peanuts until the oil is expressed out of them. Typically, Crude Peanut Oil is refined after pressing, to produce cooking oil of an exceptionally high smoke point, making it extremely useful for high-temperature frying.
Roasted Peanut Extract
Roasted Peanut Extract is an essential oil of peanuts. A very small amount can go a long way toward adding peanut flavor and aroma to just about any food formulation. Please contact us for technical specifications or application information.
